By using the 777 Taka website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between 777 Taka and the user.

To open an account with 777 Taka, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are required to register using accurate and truthful information.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• Accounts are for personal use only — commercial or business use is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification: 777 Taka may request your National ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. 777 Taka reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is completed.

Account Closure: If a member registers with false information, creates multiple accounts, or violates these terms, 777 Taka reserves the right to close the account without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 777 Taka at all times:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your bet carefully before placing it.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳50.
• Maximum Win: A maximum win limit applies per bet, which varies depending on the event.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet is voided and your full stake is refunded.
• Technical Errors: 777 Taka reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

777 Taka retains all betting data, and system records shall be considered final in the event of any dispute.

Deposit: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Funds are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Funds will be sent only to the payment account used for the original deposit.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Certain transactions may be subject to additional verification under anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may require additional verification.

Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will result in immediate account closure.

777 Taka offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier. For example, 20x means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
• Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Generally, more than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or any other method to exploit the bonus system will result in cancellation of all bonuses and permanent account closure.
• Minimum Odds: Bets must have minimum odds of 1.5 to qualify for bonus wagering.

777 Taka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a bonus-related dispute, 777 Taka's decision is final.

777 Taka believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to bet responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Betting Limits: You can set betting limits for specific time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders to review your betting session activity.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

777 Taka shall not be held liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Loss caused by software or hardware issues on your device.
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party — where your password was compromised due to your own negligence.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical outages.

Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, contact our support team in the first instance. If unresolved, submit a formal written complaint within 30 days. The decision made by 777 Taka shall be considered final.

You can request to close your account at any time by emailing support@777taka.im or reaching out via live chat.

Before Closing Your Account:

• Please wait until all active bets have been settled.
• Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.
• You will not be able to withdraw while an active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled.

777 Taka also reserves the right to close accounts for the following reasons: breach of terms, fraud, legal obligations, or prolonged inactivity (over 2 years).
